Editorial Illustrations, May 2009 11 Comments

I’ve not posted new work in a long time, perhaps I’ve been working a lot. There is some fresh work in my studio that has not been published on this blog yet, and this is the first pack to blog about.

This time it’s about a local religious magazine (En Conquista) that comes with 3 illustrations by me on its new issue.

You can see the photos below.

Anorah: Mural Collaboration with Ana Granera 5 Comments

Anorah

These last months have been a bit complicated to me, a lot of work and fatigue, and although I have not updated my blog in weeks, I’ve been working a few illustration projects, a couple is already completed but I won’t not publish them on this blog until they are physically published.

However, the novelty now is that this week I was involved in an illustration workshop led by Marta Peris at the cultural center of Spain in Tegucigalpa (CCET), whose final project was to paint collaborated murals in the cultural center, and it was pretty much fun.

I had the pleasure to work with Ana Granera, a designer and illustrator in my town whom I knew only online, and when the project we were able to understand and connect our work very well, and mix up our style to get something good. Our mural was painted inside the cultural center (other participants did so outside) in the ladies’ room, so the issue is related to women.
